Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN - LPN to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 3x12 Days at a leading LTC in Rio Rancho, NM. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care as an LPN in skilled and long-term care settings
• Demonstrate proficiency with PCC (Point Click Care) system
• Perform MAR (Medication Administration Record) documentation
• Complete TAR (Treatment Administration Record) documentation
• Work scheduled shifts including Monday and Tuesday in skilled care
• Provide care in long-term care setting on Thursdays
• Collaborate effectively with med tech and nursing staff
• Maintain excellent communication skills with patients and healthcare team
• Demonstrate point of care knowledge and clinical decision-making
• Maintain reliable attendance with no history of call-outs
• Work day shifts from 06:00 to 18:30
• Maintain current nursing credentials and licensure
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in NM
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
