Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate Echo Technologist - Echo Tech to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 3x12 nights at a leading Hospital in Lawton, OK. Key Responsibilities:
• Operate imaging equipment to perform echo procedures
• Review images to ensure good quality and diagnostic value
• Identify normal and abnormal imaging results
• Communicate summary of results to physicians and other health professionals
• Alert physicians to urgent problems identified in imaging
• Work night shifts (7p-7a) Friday through Sunday (36 hours/week)
• Participate in occasional weekend daytime call
• Work 1 weekend call every 6-7th rotation
• Maintain required certifications (ARDMS, BLS AHA)
• Maintain valid state licensure
• Complete compliance documentation one week prior to starting
• Provide 6 months of required work history experience
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in OK
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
