Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate CNA - SNF to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 3x12 Nights at a leading SNF in Lebanon, NH. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing assistant care in skilled nursing facility setting
• Work rotating schedule including Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday shifts
• Perform night shift duties from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Assist patients with activities of daily living
• Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs
• Maintain current CNA certification and state licensure
• Follow facility policies and procedures for patient care
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and healthcare team
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during overnight hours
• Complete required documentation and charting accurately
• Respond to patient needs and requests promptly
• Maintain professional standards and appearance
• Participate in required training and continuing education
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in NH
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
