Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate CNA - SNF to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 3x12 Nights at a leading SNF in Marlinton, WV. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care services as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a skilled nursing facility
• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and health status
• Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Support patients with feeding and nutritional needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
• Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and healthcare team members
• Respond to patient call lights and requests promptly
• Assist with maintaining a clean and safe patient environment
• Work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
• Maintain current CNA certification and required training
• Provide compassionate care while respecting patient dignity and privacy
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in WV
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
