Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate RN - SNF to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 3x12 Days at a leading SNF in Winchester, NH. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care in skilled nursing facility setting
• Work rotating schedule including day and evening shifts
• Complete 32-hour work weeks with mandatory 30-minute breaks
• Maintain accurate time tracking and punch clock requirements
• Work weekends as part of rotating schedule
• Provide skilled nursing services during 12.5-hour and 8.5-hour shifts
• Work evening shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM as assigned
• Maintain flexibility with varying weekly schedules
• Ensure continuity of patient care across different shift patterns
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in NH
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
