Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN - SNF to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 3x12 Nights at a leading SNF in Fredericksburg, VA. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care services as a Licensed Practical Nurse in a skilled nursing facility
• Work night shift hours from 19:00:00 to 07:00:00
• Deliver patient care in accordance with nursing standards and facility protocols
• Work up to 40 hours per week with availability for extra hours as needed
• Maintain current LPN licensure and certifications
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to appropriate personnel
• Assist with patient assessments and care planning
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures
• Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy standards
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in VA
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
