Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate CT Technologist - CT Tech to join our growing clinician community. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform CT scanning for Emergency Room and inpatient cases
• Operate Phillips 64 Brilliance CT equipment
• Maintain current ARRT certification and state licensure with injection authorization
• Maintain current BLS certification
• Utilize Epic EMR system for patient documentation
• Navigate and utilize PACS Synapse imaging system
• Work in high-paced clinical environment
• Complete required compliance documentation and certifications
• Complete mandatory health screenings including drug screening and immunizations
• Undergo fit testing and maintain safety protocols
• Complete specialty-specific competency testing
• Complete Joint Commission required training modules
• Maintain professional conduct and adhere to code of conduct policies
• Complete skills checklist assessments
• Ensure patient confidentiality and system security compliance
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in NY
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
