Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Center Nurse Executive (CNE) with the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes, and patient/family and employee satisfaction during designated shift
- Serve as a clinical operational liaison between the units and the CNE, ADON, and Unit Managers
- Oversee clinical operations of the Nursing Units including ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, practice standards and regulations
- Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes
- Mentor nursing staff and provide clinical guidance
- Coordinate and communicate with other departments
- Ensure patient and family satisfaction throughout care delivery
- Work supervisory role covering Monday, Thursday and Friday shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in PA
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
