Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate CNA - CNA to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 5x8 Days at a leading LTC in Livonia, MI. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide patient care services as a CNA in home health setting
• Work 20 hours per week with no weekend requirements
• Provide coverage in designated cities including Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, Belleville, Milan, Romulus, and Saline
• Utilize EPIC electronic health record system for documentation
• Work day shift hours from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
• Maintain valid state CNA licensure and certification
• Complete required health screenings including drug screening, fit testing, and vaccinations
• Maintain current immunizations including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Tdap
• Complete tuberculosis screening with 2 Step PPD or IGRA testing
• Pass criminal background check and fingerprinting requirements
• Complete specialty-specific competency testing and skills checklist
• Adhere to code of conduct and confidentiality agreements
• Complete Joint Commission testing and required training modules
• Maintain professional liability insurance coverage
• Provide valid driver's license for transportation between patient locations
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in MI
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
