Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate RN - RN OR to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 4x10 Days at a leading Hospital in Ontario, OR. Key Responsibilities:
• Work 4 ten-hour shifts from 0645 to 1715
• Provide on-call coverage 1 night per week
• Participate in weekend on-call rotation every 3 to 4 weeks from Friday to Monday morning
• Maintain current RN licensure and certificate verification
• Complete required health screenings including fit testing and drug screening
• Obtain and maintain required vaccinations (COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella)
• Complete tuberculosis screening via 2-step PPD or IGRA testing
• Pass color vision testing requirements
• Complete comprehensive physical and health statement
• Undergo criminal background check and integrity verification
• Complete education verification and professional reference checks
• Pass Joint Commission testing and specialty-specific competency assessments
• Complete skills checklist validation
• Maintain compliance with facility code of conduct and confidentiality agreements
• Complete required system access and security training
• Adhere to conflict of interest disclosure requirements
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in OR
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
