Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide registered nursing services in the operating room setting
• Maintain current RN licensure and certification requirements
• Complete license/certificate verification for onboarding
• Undergo fit testing and complete physical/health statement
• Complete required drug screening and health screenings
• Maintain current immunization records including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and tuberculosis screening
• Complete specialty-specific competency testing and skills checklist
• Adhere to code of conduct and confidentiality agreements
• Complete required background checks and verification processes
• Participate in Joint Commission testing and compliance requirements
• Complete education verification and professional documentation
• Maintain system access protocols and security requirements
• Complete conflict of interest disclosure and integrity documentation
• Participate in ongoing competency assessments and training programs
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in OR
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
