Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate Ultrasound Tech - Ultrasound Tech to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 4x10 Days at a leading Hospital in Missoula, MT. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform ultrasound imaging procedures and diagnostic tests
• Provide 1:1 patient care during ultrasound examinations
• Take call coverage 1-2 nights per week as required
• Work occasional weekend shifts as needed
• Adhere to block scheduling requirements
• Utilize Epic charting system for documentation
• Complete required pre-start and annual training modules
• Self-report time spent on non-billable training modules
• Maintain valid state licensure for ultrasound technology
• Provide 2 supervisory references covering 1 year within comparable specialty/setting
• Complete compliance documentation prior to start date
• Adhere to facility dress code and scrub requirements
• Follow all facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
• Maintain professional standards in accordance with ultrasound technology practice
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in MT
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
