Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide registered nursing services in Labor & Delivery specialty
• Complete Trinity Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training
• Complete Trinity IA Sing Report requirements
• Complete Trinity OFAC compliance training
• Complete Trinity Skills Checklist assessment
• Maintain current license/certificate verification
• Complete required fit testing
• Sign and adhere to Trinity Code of Conduct
• Complete Trinity I9 documentation
• Sign confidentiality of patient and property information agreement
• Complete Trinity Integrity and Audit Services documentation
• Complete Trinity Non Employee Upload Form
• Pass Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing for L&D
• Complete Trinity Color Vision screening
• Complete Trinity PowerPoint orientation program
• Work every other weekend (EOW) schedule
• Work Memorial Day holiday
• Maintain valid RN licensure and certification verification
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in IL
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems [Epic, Cerner, etc. preferred]
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
