Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Work four days per week, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM schedule
• Be available for 0 to 15 days of call coverage
• Provide interventional radiology technician services
• Maintain current radiology technician certification
• Complete license/certificate verification for onboarding
• Complete Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen
• Submit Trinity Code of Conduct Form
• Complete Trinity I9 documentation
• Sign Trinity Confidentiality of Patient & Property Information & System Security Agreement
• Submit Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form
• Complete Trinity Skills Checklist
• Provide 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon) testing results
• Complete Trinity OFAC screening
• Provide COVID-19 vaccination documentation
• Submit MMR vaccination records
• Complete fit testing requirements
• Provide Hepatitis B vaccination documentation
• Submit varicella vaccination records
• Complete physical/health statement
• Submit Trinity Profile for submission process
• Complete Trinity Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form
• Pass Trinity Criminal Background Check
• Complete Trinity Education Verification
• Clear Trinity EPLS screening
• Pass Trinity GSA/OIG screening
• Complete Trinity Joint Commission Testing
• Submit Trinity NSO documentation
• Complete Trinity System Access Form
• Answer Trinity Specific Covid Questionnaire
• Provide Tdap vaccination documentation
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in FL
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems [Epic, Cerner, etc. preferred]
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
