Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide respiratory therapy services and patient care
• Maintain current respiratory therapist certification and state licensure
• Complete Trinity Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training
• Complete required skills checklist and specialty-specific competency testing
• Maintain compliance with all health requirements including vaccinations and health screenings
• Complete mandatory training modules and documentation
• Adhere to Trinity system policies and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information
• Complete criminal background check and comply with code of conduct
• Participate in system access and security protocols
• Complete required fit testing and color vision screening
• Maintain professional liability insurance coverage
• Complete conflict of interest disclosures
• Verify education credentials and professional references
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in IA
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems [Epic, Cerner, etc. preferred]
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
