Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate CT Technologist - CT Tech to join our growing clinician community. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform CT imaging procedures and examinations
• Operate CT scanning equipment safely and effectively
• Position patients appropriately for CT scans
• Administer contrast agents as required for procedures
• Maintain current CT Technologist certification
• Complete license/certificate verification requirements
• Undergo required health screenings including fit testing
• Complete mandatory drug screening requirements
• Adhere to facility code of conduct and policies
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information
• Complete specialty-specific competency testing
• Demonstrate color vision proficiency for imaging procedures
• Maintain current immunization records including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Tdap
• Complete annual influenza vaccination as recommended
• Pass required tuberculosis screening (PPD or IGRA)
• Complete physical/health statement documentation
• Undergo criminal background check verification
• Provide education verification documentation
• Complete conflict of interest disclosure forms
• Maintain system access authorization and security agreements
• Work assigned weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) from 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in OH
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems [Epic, Cerner, etc. preferred]
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
