Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate PT - Physical Therapist to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 5x8 Days at a leading Hospital in Boise, ID. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide physical therapy services as a licensed Physical Therapist
• Work 40 hours per week with 8am-4:30pm schedule
• Work every other weekend as scheduled
• Utilize Epic electronic health record system for documentation
• Maintain current BLS certification throughout assignment
• Maintain valid Idaho Physical Therapist license
• Complete fit testing requirements for onboarding
• Provide tuberculosis screening via 2 Step PPD or IGRA testing
• Complete Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen
• Adhere to Trinity Code of Conduct requirements
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information
• Complete color vision testing as required
• Maintain current COVID-19 vaccination status
• Provide proof of MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Tdap immunizations
• Complete required physical and health assessments
• Undergo criminal background check and education verification
• Complete conflict of interest disclosure documentation
• Comply with all facility policies and procedures
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in ID
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems [Epic, Cerner, etc. preferred]
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
