Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate Electrophysiology Technologist - EP Tech Radiology Cardiology to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 4x10 Days at a leading Hospital in Missoula, MT. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform electrophysiology procedures including complex procedures such as Lead Extractions and VT Ablations
• Work with 2 EP Techs per patient ratio in dual full-time EP labs
• Maintain RCES or RCIS certification (ARRT not required)
• Handle extensive EP experience requirements with RCES preferred
• Work variable shifts based on unit needs and staffing, primarily day shifts
• Participate in on-call duties including late procedure call one day per week
• Work block schedules as required
• Utilize Epic charting system for documentation
• Complete required modules and training programs pre-start and annually (average 16 hours, non-billable)
• Maintain valid state licensure within 50 mile local radius
• Provide 2 supervisory references covering 1 year within last 3 years
• Complete compliance documentation by Monday prior to start date
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
• Self-report time spent on non-billable training modules
• Maintain flexibility with contracted schedule and approved time off requests
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in MT
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems [Epic, Cerner, etc. preferred]
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
