Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN - SNF to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 3x12 Nights at a leading LTC in Marlinton, WV. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care services as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Deliver patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
• Maintain current state LPN licensure and certifications
• Complete required training modules and compliance documentation
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures
• Maintain professional attendance standards with minimal call-outs
• Complete full contract term as specified
• Provide quality patient care services within designated specialty area
• Meet all regulatory and compliance requirements for nursing practice
• Participate in required orientation and ongoing education programs
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in WV
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems [Epic, Cerner, etc. preferred]
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
