Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate RAD Tech - RAD Tech to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 5x8 Days at a leading Hospital in Santa Rosa, CA. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide radiologic technology services as a RAD Tech
• Maintain valid CA license in hand
• Complete minimum 1 year of required experience in comparable specialty/setting
• Work weekends as required
• Work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year)
• Float between sister facilities and affiliate hospitals as needed
• Utilize Epic charting system for documentation
• Complete required modules pre-start and annually (average 16 hours, non-billable)
• Self-report time spent on training modules
• Provide minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within comparable specialty/setting
• Comply with facility dress code requirements (black scrubs for imaging tech)
• Use facility-provided communication devices when required for assignment duties
• Complete required certifications and compliance documentation
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
• Maintain professional standards in acute care hospital environment
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in CA
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems [Epic, Cerner, etc. preferred]
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
