Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Acute Care Hospital/Outpatient Neuro Rehab

Certifications & Licenses (REQUIRED):
- BLS (AHA)
- CCC-SLP
- LSVT certification (preferred)
Requirements:
- 2+ years of SLP experience (acute care or outpatient neuro rehab)
- Experience with pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations
Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy for conditions including CVA, dysarthria, dysphagia, fluency disorders, nervous system disorders, TBI, and pediatric autism
- Perform assessments, create plans of care, conduct reassessments, and handle discharge documentation (Medicare A compliant)
- Ensure patient safety, identifying signs of physical, sexual, or psychological abuse
- Handle 8 visits/day for outpatient therapy
Skills:
- Adult and pediatric outpatient therapy
- Expertise in CVA, dysarthria, dysphagia, fluency, and nervous system disorders
- Familiarity with SLP evaluation coding and documentation standards
