Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Needed for 13-Week Contract in Brattleboro, VT

Location: Brattleboro, VT

Pay: $2,640/weekly

Hourly: $66.00/hour

Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Start Date: 12/09/2024

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Shift: Day – Flexible 8-hour shifts, Friday through Sunday required

Role Description:

Provide clinical and case management services to patients and families in a hospital setting. Work with both child/adolescent and adult populations to promote optimal social functioning and successful reintegration into the community. Responsibilities include:

Delivering therapeutic interventions and supporting patient reintegration
Working flexibly across patient needs
Providing inpatient social work services

Certifications/License Requirements:

BLS (AHA)
Vermont state license
Registration on the Roster of Psychotherapists (Non-licensed/Non-certified)

Experience Required:

Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health discipline
Experience with children and adolescents

Experience Preferred:

1–2 years of inpatient social work experience

Holiday/Weekend Requirements:

Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday required
Travelers must be willing to work 2 of the 3 holidays (Christmas Eve/Day, New Year’s Eve/Day)

On-Call Requirements:

None

Additional Notes:

RTO not approved between 12/22–1/5
Facility housing offered, $300–450 based on availability and room size
Travelers must make up any missed shifts before the end of their contract
