Position Summary:

VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate RN - SNF to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 3x12 Nights at a leading SNF in Bedford, PA. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care services in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Work night shift hours from 18:45 to 07:15
• Work every other weekend as required
• Deliver comprehensive patient care according to facility standards
• Maintain current RN licensure and certifications
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to appropriate personnel
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures
• Participate in patient care planning and implementation
• Respond to patient emergencies and provide appropriate interventions

Job Requirements:

Active, unencumbered license in PA
Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)

Other Required Documentation:

Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
Two current clinical references
State-required professional license
Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
Must pass background check and drug screening
