Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform X-ray imaging procedures as a Radiologic Technologist
• Maintain current state licensure and certification verification
• Complete required health screenings including fit testing and drug screening
• Maintain current immunization records including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, PPD/IGRA, and Varicella
• Complete specialty-specific competency testing and skills checklist
• Adhere to code of conduct and confidentiality agreements
• Complete required background checks and compliance documentation
• Participate in Joint Commission testing and training programs
• Maintain professional liability insurance coverage
• Complete conflict of interest disclosure and integrity forms
• Utilize facility computer systems and access forms as required
• Respond to COVID-19 health questionnaires and protocols
• Complete education verification and professional documentation
• Participate in audit services and compliance monitoring
• Complete I-9 employment verification documentation

Job Requirements:

Active, unencumbered license in NY
Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)

Other Required Documentation:

Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
Two current clinical references
State-required professional license
Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
Must pass background check and drug screening
