Position Summary:

VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate Ultrasound Tech - Vascular Ultrasound Tech to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 4x10 Days at a leading Hospital in Mishawaka, IN. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform vascular ultrasound examinations and diagnostic procedures
• Maintain current ARDMS Vascular certification
• Maintain current BLS certification
• Utilize PACS, EPIC, and ClickView systems for documentation and imaging
• Work scheduled shifts Tuesday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Complete required health screenings including TB questionnaire, drug screening, and immunizations
• Maintain current state licensure and provide verification as required
• Complete mandatory training modules and competency assessments
• Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and code of conduct
• Ensure patient confidentiality and system security compliance
• Participate in quality assurance and Joint Commission requirements
• Complete background checks and maintain professional credentials
• Provide accurate and timely documentation of procedures and patient care
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Job Requirements:

Active, unencumbered license in IN
Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)

Other Required Documentation:

Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
Two current clinical references
State-required professional license
Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
Must pass background check and drug screening
