Position Summary:

VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate EEG Tech - EEG Tech Respiratory Neuro to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 3x12 Days at a leading Hospital in Anchorage, AK. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform EEG testing and monitoring procedures in accordance with established protocols
• Operate and maintain EEG equipment and ensure proper functioning
• Prepare patients for EEG procedures and provide appropriate patient education
• Monitor patients during EEG recordings and document findings accurately
• Maintain current BLS and REEGT certifications
• Utilize Epic charting system for documentation and patient records
• Complete required modules and training programs pre-start and annually
• Work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year)
• Provide on-call coverage 1 weekend per month as required
• Maintain valid state licensure and required certifications
• Provide minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within comparable specialty/setting
• Complete required compliance documentation and certifications
• Perform duties using facility-provided communication devices when required
• Self-report time spent on non-billable training modules
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery

Job Requirements:

Active, unencumbered license in AK
Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)

Other Required Documentation:

Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
Two current clinical references
State-required professional license
Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
Must pass background check and drug screening
