Pay: $1,459/weekly
Hourly: $40.53/hour

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Shift: Day – 40 hours per week guaranteed

Role Description:
Provide home health nursing care under the direction of an RN or MD, ensuring safe and effective patient care. Responsibilities include:
- Participating in planning and provision of patient care
- Performing treatments requiring aseptic techniques, such as sterile dressings and irritations
- Providing functional direction to ancillary personnel
Certifications/License Requirements:
- BLS certification
- Active Hawaii LPN license
- COVID and flu vaccination (declinations not accepted)
- Active and clear driver’s license and car insurance
Experience Required:
- 1+ year of home health experience
- Travel experience

Additional Notes:
- Mileage reimbursed at $0.43 per mile
Holiday/Weekend Requirements:
- Rotating weekends as needed (2–3 per month)
