Cath Lab Technologist Needed for 13-Week Contract in Lawton, OK

Pay: $2,554/weekly
Hourly: $63.85/hour
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 12/17/2024
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift: Day – 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM)

Role Description:
Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures in a complete Cath Lab setting. Responsibilities include scrubbing, circulating, operating x-ray equipment, and assisting with pre- and post-care, transporting, inventory management, and billing. Procedures include:
- Left and Right Heart Cath
- PTCA, stenting, thrombectomy, and atherectomy
- Carotid and peripheral diagnostics/interventions
- Pacemaker insertion, Tilt Table Test, Kyphoplasty, and AV graft diagnostics/interventions
Equipment Used:
- Siemens Artis Zee C-arms
- Philips Laser System, IVUS, OCT, and various coronary/peripheral atherectomy devices
- McKesson CPACS, McKesson Cardiology, and McKesson Hemodynamic System
Certifications/License Requirements:
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA) preferred
Experience Required:
- At least 1 year of Cath Lab experience
- Proficiency with Cath Lab devices and procedures
Experience Preferred:
- Recent traveler experience
Holiday/Weekend Requirements:
- Must be available to work some holidays
On-Call Requirements:
- Split among 4 staff members, typically 2 days per week with an off week
Additional Notes:
- Rotational duties include scrubbing, circulating, and assisting in various areas
- Must be willing to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
