Experience
- Minimum experience in skilled nursing rehabilitation required
- Experience with patients undergoing hip and knee replacements required
- Experience with patients recovering from CVAs and cardiac conditions required
- Experience with post-acute deconditioning required

- Experience in a nursing home setting
