Compensation
- Gross Weekly Pay: $2772.48
- Weekly Taxable Amount: $1302.48
- Weekly Stipend/Non Taxable Amount: $1470.00
You must be duplicating expenses to receive stipends. If you are driving versus relocating, we will instead offer mileage reimbursements. Rates assume Travel. Locals within 50 miles may have a rate adjustment.

Experience
- Minimum 2 years Acute Care Case Management/Discharge Planning experience required
- Previous travel experience required
- Must have hospital experience; Behavioral health experience does not apply
License & Certification Required
- California state license required (Pending license accepted, but must be licensed upon start date)
Skills Required
- Experience with assessing patients
- Care coordination
- Discharge planning
- Utilization review
- Competent with arranging DME, SNF and ambulance transport
- Charting system experience required; Epic experience preferred
Desired Skills
- Knowledge of adoption/foster care processes
- Experience with drug/alcohol abuse treatment options
- Experience with patients experiencing homelessness
- Experience with patients with mental health history or in crisis
- Knowledge of advance directive and POLST
- Knowledge of protective services process
Requirements
- Current Resume with up to 7 year work history, with gaps explained - position, unit, job type, city, state must be indentified for each assignment
- Negative TB Test (Within 12 Months)
- Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella
- Current - Tdap/Flu Vaccinations
- Must be able to pass pre-employment, background and drug screening
