Compensation
- Gross Weekly Pay: $3493.32
- Weekly Taxable Amount: $1450.0
- Weekly Stipend/Non Taxable Amount: $2043.32
You must be duplicating expenses to receive stipends. If you are driving versus relocating, we will instead offer mileage reimbursements. Rates assume Travel. Locals within 50 miles may have a rate adjustment.

Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience required
- Experience working in a Stepdown unit from ICU required
- Experience with patient ratios of 1:4 required
License & Certification Required
- Alaska RN license in hand required for Auto Offer
- BLS

- Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs)
- Interpretation of dysrhythmias
- Isolation Precautions/PPE
- IV insulin protocols
- Management of cardiac drips (no titration)
- Management of vasoactive drips (no titration)
- Management of dysrhythmias
- Telemetry monitoring
- Starting and maintaining IVs
- Tracheostomy care/management
- Wound Care/Wound Vac
Desired Skills
- Experience with post-cardiac surgery
- Experience with renal failure management
- Experience with neuro patients preferred
- Experience with high acuity/specialty monitoring
Requirements
- Current Resume with up to 7 year work history, with gaps explained - position, unit, job type, city, state must be indentified for each assignment
- Negative TB Test (Within 12 Months)
- Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella
- Current - Tdap/Flu Vaccinations
- Must be able to pass pre-employment, background and drug screening
