Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate RAD Tech - RAD Tech to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 4x10 Nights at a leading Hospital in Attleboro, MA. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general x-ray imaging procedures
• Conduct portable radiographic examinations
• Perform fluoroscopy procedures
• Conduct DEXA scanning
• Provide radiologic services for Pain Clinic
• Perform radiographic procedures in Operating Room
• Work with patients across all age groups including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Utilize Cerner documentation system
• Work 4, 10-hour or 5, 8-hour shifts per week
• Work evening shifts (3p-11:30pm, 1p-11:30p) with possible occasional overnight coverage
• Work every third weekend
• Take 3-5 call shifts per month
• Rotate holidays as assigned
• Maintain ARRT R certification
• Maintain valid MA state license
• Follow facility dress code requirements including covering tattoos, natural hair color, and no facial piercings
• Adhere to infection prevention and isolation precautions
• Maintain radiation safety standards
• Comply with COVID-19 and flu vaccination requirements
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in MA
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
