Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide occupational therapy services in acute and medical-surgical settings
• Maintain current NBCOT certification
• Maintain current BLS - AHA certification
• Maintain valid Oklahoma state licensure
• Complete skills checklist requirements current to within 1 year
• Provide minimum of 2 supervisory reference forms from within the last two years
• Work day shifts with flexible start times based on unit needs
• Participate in weekend rotation approximately 3 times per quarter
• Accept new graduate assignments as needed
• Demonstrate 2 years of acute care and medical-surgical occupational therapy experience
• Maintain current work history documentation
• Comply with facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in OK
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
