Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate RN - RN to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 5x8 Days at a leading LTC in Middletown, RI. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care as a Registered Nurse
• Work 2 - 16hr shifts (7a-3p/3p-11p) and 1 - 8hr shift per week
• Work original shift from 07:00 - 15:30
• Deliver patient care services in accordance with nursing standards
• Maintain current RN licensure and certifications
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Follow established policies and procedures for patient safety and care quality
• Participate in shift changes and patient care transitions
• Maintain professional nursing standards and practices
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in RI
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
