Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide CT imaging services for evening shift support
• Work scheduled shifts either Sunday-Thursday 3pm-11:30pm or Sunday-Wednesday 1pm-11:30pm
• Complete Trinity Code of Conduct Form and job description requirements
• Complete Trinity Skills Checklist for CT technologist competency
• Maintain current license/certificate verification
• Complete required health screenings including PPD or IGRA testing
• Complete fit testing for respiratory protection
• Pass Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen
• Complete I-9 employment verification documentation
• Sign confidentiality agreement for patient and property information and system security
• Complete required vaccinations including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Tdap
• Complete annual physical/health statement
• Submit Trinity Profile documentation
• Complete conflict of interest disclosure form
• Pass criminal background check requirements
• Complete education verification process
• Complete EPLS, GSA/OIG, and NSO compliance requirements
• Complete system access form for facility technology access
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in MD
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems [Epic, Cerner, etc. preferred]
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
