Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care services as a Registered Nurse in Labor & Delivery specialty
• Maintain current RN licensure and required certifications
• Complete Trinity Code of Conduct Form and compliance documentation
• Undergo fit testing and maintain personal health requirements
• Complete Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing
• Complete Trinity Skills Checklist for Labor & Delivery
• Maintain required immunizations including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella
• Complete tuberculosis screening via 2 Step PPD or IGRA testing
• Pass Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen
• Complete Trinity Joint Commission Testing
• Maintain NSO professional liability coverage
• Complete system access and security agreements
• Adhere to conflict of interest disclosure requirements
• Comply with background check and verification processes
• Complete education verification requirements
• Respond to short-staffing needs as required
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in DE
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems [Epic, Cerner, etc. preferred]
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
