Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Cath Lab Technologist services with experience in both catheterization lab and interventional radiology procedures
• Take call for Cath lab and IR procedures one night per week
• Scrub for both catheterization lab and interventional radiology procedures
• Work every 4th to 5th weekend as scheduled
• Complete Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen
• Complete Trinity Code of Conduct Form
• Complete Trinity Confidentiality of Patient & Property Info. & System Security Agreement
• Complete Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form
• Complete Trinity Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
• Complete Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing
• Complete color vision testing
• Complete 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon) testing
• Complete fingerprinting requirements
• Complete PA Child Abuse Clearance
• Complete PATCH requirements
• Complete Trinity Skills Checklist
• Maintain current COVID-19 vaccination
• Maintain current MMR vaccination
• Complete fit test requirements
• Maintain current Hepatitis B vaccination
• Maintain current Varicella vaccination
• Complete physical/health statement
• Complete Trinity Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form
• Complete Trinity Criminal Background Check
• Complete Trinity Education Verification
• Complete Trinity EPLS verification
• Complete Trinity GSA/OIG verification
• Complete Trinity Joint Commission Testing
• Complete Trinity NSO requirements
• Complete Trinity System Access Form
• Complete Trinity Profile
• Maintain valid license/certificate verification
• Work shift hours from 07:00 AM to 05:30 PM
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in PA
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
