Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care services in Medical Surgical specialty unit
• Maintain current RN licensure and certification requirements
• Complete required Trinity Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training
• Complete Trinity IA Sing Report documentation
• Complete Trinity OFAC compliance requirements
• Complete Trinity Skills Checklist assessment
• Maintain current immunization records including MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Tdap
• Complete COVID-19 vaccination and health questionnaire requirements
• Complete tuberculosis screening via 2 Step PPD or IGRA testing
• Complete annual physical examination and health statement
• Pass required drug screening and background check processes
• Complete Trinity Code of Conduct and conflict of interest disclosure forms
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information per system security agreement
• Complete education verification and professional reference requirements
• Complete specialty-specific competency testing and skills validation
• Complete respiratory fit testing requirements
• Complete color vision testing as required
• Work every other weekend and every other holiday as scheduled
• Comply with all Trinity system policies and procedures
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in IA
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems [Epic, Cerner, etc. preferred]
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
