Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate RAD Tech - RAD Tech to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 4x10 Nights at a leading Hospital in Mishawaka, IN. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform radiologic technologist duties during 10-hour night shifts from 22:00-8:30 Tuesday-Friday
• Maintain current AART (R) certification
• Maintain current BLS certification
• Complete required health screenings including COVID-19 vaccination, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Tdap
• Undergo tuberculosis testing with 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)
• Complete annual TB questionnaire and maintain fit test certification
• Pass Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen and maintain drug-free status
• Complete comprehensive background checks including criminal background and various screening verifications
• Maintain valid state licensure and certification verification
• Complete Trinity orientation program and required training modules
• Pass color vision testing requirements
• Complete Joint Commission testing and maintain compliance
• Adhere to confidentiality agreements and patient privacy protocols
• Complete conflict of interest disclosure and integrity documentation
• Maintain professional liability insurance (NSO) coverage
• Complete I-9 employment verification documentation
• Follow facility policies and procedures for radiologic services
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in IN
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems [Epic, Cerner, etc. preferred]
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
