Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform medical laboratory technician duties in accordance with ASCP certification requirements
• Work 40 hours per week on rotating day shifts (0530-1400 or 0600-1430)
• Work every other weekend and every third holiday as scheduled
• Complete Trinity Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training
• Complete Trinity IA Sing Report requirements
• Complete Trinity OFAC compliance training
• Complete Trinity Skills Checklist assessment
• Maintain current PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon) testing
• Complete Trinity Non Employee Upload Form
• Maintain current COVID-19 vaccination status
• Maintain current MMR vaccination status
• Maintain current Hepatitis B vaccination status
• Maintain current Varicella vaccination status
• Maintain current Tdap vaccination status
• Complete required physical and health statement documentation
• Pass Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen
• Complete Trinity Code of Conduct Form
• Complete confidentiality and system security agreements
• Complete conflict of interest disclosure forms
• Pass criminal background check requirements
• Provide education verification documentation
• Complete EPLS verification process
• Complete GSA/OIG verification requirements
• Complete NSO requirements
• Complete Trinity System Access Form
• Maintain valid license and certificate verification
• Complete required fit testing
• Complete I9 documentation
• Complete Integrity and Audit Services Form
• Pass Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing
• Pass color vision testing requirements
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in IA
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems [Epic, Cerner, etc. preferred]
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
