Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate RN - ER to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 3x12 Days at a leading Hospital in Dyersville, IA. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide emergency room nursing care and services
• Work every 3rd weekend as part of regular schedule
• Participate in holiday rotation including at least 1 holiday during assignment
• Complete Trinity Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training
• Complete Trinity OFAC and IA Sing Report requirements
• Complete Trinity Skills Checklist and specialty specific competency testing
• Maintain current RN license and complete license verification
• Complete required health screenings including fit test and drug screening
• Complete Trinity Code of Conduct Form and Integrity and Audit Services Form
• Complete I9 documentation and non-employee upload forms
• Maintain required immunizations including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, PPD/IGRA, and Varicella
• Complete physical/health statement and maintain health requirements
• Complete Trinity Profile and conflict of interest disclosure forms
• Pass criminal background check and complete education verification
• Complete Joint Commission testing and system access requirements
• Adhere to confidentiality agreements for patient and property information
• Complete Trinity specific COVID questionnaire and health protocols
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in IA
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems [Epic, Cerner, etc. preferred]
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
