Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide certified nursing assistant services according to facility standards
• Maintain flexible schedule to meet center's operational needs
• Work every other weekend as required
• Deliver direct patient care and support services
• Maintain current CNA certification and licensure
• Follow facility policies and procedures for patient care
• Document patient care activities according to established protocols
• Assist patients with activities of daily living
• Support nursing staff with patient care tasks
• Maintain professional standards and comply with regulatory requirements
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in WV
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems [Epic, Cerner, etc. preferred]
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
